1967 Toyota Stout

    I came across this Stout out west. The seller claims he has no knowledge of who restored this Stout. It looks way to nice for some one not to know anything about it. I'm on the east coast so I'm hoping someone on the west coast knows something about it. I need to know if i was a frame off restoration? I little info. would go a long way Thanks
