Well I got a set of enkei 92 wheels for my ladys truck. The specs are 16x7+0 and 16x8-10. The rears have nearly 4" of lip! How hard will these to get under our 1984 xtended cab 2wd? I previously had on the rear 16x7 +10 with something like 245/55s. They fit perfectly under the fenders with alittle help. It's dropped 3/3 BTW.

T he rear starion wheels are 16x8 -10. Check out some threads where guys fit them up. The american beds should be fine. The jap beds will need some pulling.

lol i've searched. i've found lots of "you can run them" posts. but no pictures, so far.

i think it should be OK. my 16x7" +10 speedlines came with somethying huge like 245/55r16s. i rolled the lip the bed just alittle to make them fit with no rubbing.

according to this calc: Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com

the total width i had before was 9.6" [245/55r16 on a 7"]. it says a 225/55r16 on an 8" will be 8.9" wide, that's .70" wider. if i divide that in half, it's .35" [.35" on the inside and .35" on the outside of the wheels' centerline]. the back spacing change makes the wheels 'poke' 1" further out.

so the new amount with a 225/55r16 tire the new amout of "poke" will be 1"-.35"=+.65" basically 5/8" difference. i could likely make that fit

let's do it again with a 205/55r16

the total width i had before was 9.6" [245/55r16 on a 7"]. it says a 205/55r16 on an 8" will be 8.1" wide, that's 1.5" wider. if i divide that in half, it's .75" [.75" on the inside and .75" on the outside of the wheels' centerline]. the back spacing change makes the wheels 'poke' 1" further out.

so with a 205/55 amount of "poke" will be 1"-.75"=+.25" basically 1/4" difference. i thought that might be too much stretch for me. after looking at RIMTUCK.com - Wheel Fitment Database it looks just right:
