    Ok so does anybody know:
1.whats the diameter of the 1 ton sway bar and torsions?
2.Can they replace stock parts on an 89 non 1 ton?(with little to no modification)
3.does anybody have any pics of em?
4.does anyone have either of these that they would like to sell me???
    Gracias!

if i remember correctly, the 1 ton sway bar up front is a 28mm? if not 25mm....... i dont remember. i know the weak ones are 23mm. in order to run the 1 ton bar i would imagine you need the bushings and C brackets that hold the bar to the frame. thats about it. i believe the outter links are the same. torsions i believe are the same. most of the suspension change was in the rear leafs. i believe some 1 ton pickups also ran a rear sway bar in the dually trucks.

SD pretty well nailed it. I'd hafta measure to find the size... the endlinks are identical and the c brackets might be just with different rubber inside.
Leaves definitely base is 3 leaves I have 5 or 6. Torsions are going to be next to identical as all the weight is intended out back.

essential upgrades you will likely want from the one ton are the front sway bar, and the rear if it happens to have the optional rear sway bar attached. torsions are the same. i looked it up today at work. standard 23mm bars.

the rear leafs will allow you to carry more weight but would likely disintegrate your lower back bone when you hit the first bump on the road without any weight in the back........

I personaly found the front sway to be 15/16-1 inch on the 1 ton, just buy new rubers. You can use the same steel brackets. And the torsions(87 1tons instaled in a 93) were a mm larger in dia. Don't have a way to measure metric outside dia. right now. The front brakes (discs and calipers /non duelly) will also fit and are larger.

So I tried lookin for some 28mm sway bar bushings to fit the 1 ton sway bar and I couldn't find any. Are you guys pretty sure its a 28mm? The largest I found was 25mm bushings.
