Actually the evap test is for the fuel. The fuel cell, tank, lines are good. No leaks. So theres nothing wrong with the fuel. It's something else....
Why would I mess with the timing if it's perfect? what does that have to do with emissions? I heard putting anything in the tank would clean it...
