yes the oil sender has to be swapped... if you just disconnect it from the sending unit on the block you can run the new cluster without it until...

those seats are aftermarket racing buckets that were in my fathers 1964 GTO... they have basic universal brackets... basically just flat angle...
Never installed one but it is high quality with a nice black finish... comes with the adhesive the grille is one piece... it seems about average...
