Drop control arms to bag or stock?

    i have a 94 2wd with 4wd front end. Is there any benefet or reason i should use the 3" drop djm control a arms to bag? i bought a set 2 months ago still in box. i will be running an 18" rim. would the stock be better for more lift? any help would be great

    Youve got to use the stock arms when you bag the truck cause the drop arms wont allow you to mount the lower bag plate on it. Id just sell them & you the funds to help with bag parts. I had those same arms on my truck before I bagged it.

    i have everything i need my 4 link parts are on the way a friend is fabing those same with all brackets just got to pick the metal up

    my plan was to just cut it out wnen i put the bridge in will that not work?

    Yah man you can hack that crossmember when you do your bridge. I think the only drop arms I know of that you can use when you bag it are the Candos but I think they are like $800 but specifically designed to fit lower bag bracket. Mine is bagged on stock arms frame is not Z'd on 17's and it pretty much lays out except I kept my crossmember in front for the tranny protection.
