new to these forums but an old school mini trucker from way back....
Picking up an '87 Xtra Cab/Long bed from a friend in about two weeks, it's a blank canvas! I have owned 3 lowered Toy's in the past...2 '85's (Xcabs) and an '88 Xcab long bed....An active member in Seductive Arizona, attended many truck runs, blah,blah,blah...... I'll post some pics of my previous rides, as well as the my new project..I'm looking forward to building this "new" truck....So if you're near Lexington, KY shoot me a message...that's it for now........Thanks for having me!

    Bill

Last I saw it was in Arizona about around 1997 or 1998 I haven't seen it since. Word had it, it ended up traded in at a dealership and was wholesaled, I bought it with hydraulics and body dropped with alot of the body work started from a guy in 1995 (it was a hack job) I spend over a year re-working the body drop and all the other body work (He must have bought Bondo by the bulk)...anyway It was In Arizona last I know of.

Here is my new blank canvas...I pick it up Thanksgiving weekend, 14 hour trip to Arkansas....it's an Arizona truck, been in AR for a couple years, I will be the 3rd owner. Future plans (in order)

Trick out the interior (fiberglass, airbrushing, etc.)
Body work (4X4 fenders, rework bumper, later model door handles...)
Engine compartment (already has a Weber and header)
Bring it down to a respectable height (may do that sooner)
    Tint windows
    Install audio system
    Install old school Viper alarm
    Paint
    Last but not least ENJOY!
