Well, got the '75 tucked away for hibernation in the garage. I started gutting the interior. Going to fab up a sheet metal dash to hold a couple gauges but other than that not going to have anything except a couple bucket seats. I got the gauge cluster and radio/climate control stuff out today, don't know if anybody would be interested in that?
I want to pull out the blower motor, but is there something more compact that I could run in order to have some defrost air? Just something to keep the window defogged. Anyway, I'll throw up some pics in a few minutes.

Here are the pics. The only thing wrong with the radio/climate control is a little screw hold from the po mounting a compass on there.

Nah, I sold it. Down to the 2 Toyotas and my scooter. And no, it was definitely a rod. I just replaced the motor and didn't ever pull the original motor apart, and now that I don't own the truck anymore I'm not too concerned about it.
This '75 should be a fun truck by next spring. I'm going to run a hybrid motor and figure out some towers to run coilovers in front. Not quite sure what I'm going to do out back for the time being. At some point it'll be getting and rx7 irs.

Not much for updates but I did finish stripping all of the interior. Started getting everything ready to pull the motor too. Then I need to shave a lot of unused holes on the firewall, wire tuck it and build my hybrid. It's going to be a very slow process with this truck. ND winters are pretty brutal and having an unheated garage ftl.
And here are a couple pics of my other wheels.
