so i was on engnbldrs site earlier looking for a rebuild kit for my spare 20r and all i could find was kits for 22rs...so my question for you all that have a 20r have you gotten a kit for your 20r from them before or is there another site that sells a complete kit with bearings and rings for about the same price as engnbldr

He used to sell 20r stuff a few years back, but probably dropped it due to lack of demand.

I remember that the prices when he DID carry 20r stuff were 15-20% HIGHER than similar 22r stuff for the same reason....lack of demand.

99.9% of 22r parts work just fine in a 20r...

    because its the same part.

he stocks the stuff but doesnt list it as it clutters the site to have 2 listings for the same crank bearings.

like it says on the site.... call him.

Indeed he is. Hands down, one of the best, if not THE best experience I've had purchasing anything...ever. Without a doubt, he will get my business exclusively for 22r parts. Unless of course he no longer carries the part I need, or never had in the first place.

ok cool thanks guys one more question so i know on a 20/22r hybrid you want to use the 22r head gasket so on a 22/20r setup do i need to use the 20r head gasket or do i use the 22r gasket...only reason i ask is im going to build a low compression motor for my 81 cause those are the parts i have laying around beside a complete 21r
