i've got the paint sanded off, started tacking in the fillers for the doors, keyhole, vent etc.. got my valance mocked up, and all the suspension welded up and tightened down. it should survive the trailer ride to parker now!
That truck is sick looking. Hey just a thought but you should put one giant phantom grille to fill that in the rest of the way.
Hey Burnz, Sorry about hacking your thread there ^ lol, I just noticed it, I thought I had posted it on my build up page, but apparently I posted on yours by accident lol. Also thats awesome you've got another kid on the way, must be nice to have a dad that can fabricate anything under the sun, lol now that I get to thinking about it, wanna adopt me? lol awesome job so far on the little truck, won't be long before she's on the cover
thanks, i'm hand fabbing the grille. hopefully will have it roughed in by the end of the year. thanks, be sure to say hello if you make it out! thanks and no problem don't think the wife will go for me adopting any one... she's already planning on getting me fixed lol
Looks good man, and i have to agree with Dropt she has to get fixed. Thats what i had my wife do. Well have fun and be safe. Take lots of pics.
Nice bro. I wish i could even get some else besides me to take a pic of my truck and post it. Good job man
just read the post.............ur a beast. i got one question thow? where did u get the ball joint stuff?(reamers, joints, threded bungs......)
i got it all from www.speedwaymotors.com the stock toyota spindles will fit the balljoints without being reamed. the supra spindles had different tapers and were smaller so thats why i reamed them the worst part was spending $160 on reamers that i used for about 10 minutes total lol. i tried local machine shops and nobody would touch em..
