Slightly lower than your typical 20r / 22r valve cover, but with the metal "TEQ" oil fill cap.

$60 shipped w/ tracking. US Postal Money Order Only. Will accept CASH from local buyers. SF Bay Area. Will NOT sell seperately.

I have one or two of these kicking around, and a few 20R style covers. The threaded bung of the casting is different for the two caps. That could be why he didn't want to separate.

Really. I don't recall anyone actually asking.

There is a reason why I posted an ad in the FOR SALE section and not the discussion portion of the forum. So, please, boost your posting numbers elsewhere.

Ill get you a money order on Monday and send it then, I got your PM... Thanks

I appreciate the "tip" but I don't plan on actually using it, just want it for my shelf...

I have to agree with what your saying here, no offense to anyone, particularly you standard, but I have had my "for sale" threads "crapped on" on here also and it is annoying! Most other forums are more strictly MODerated, especially "for sale" sections.... not so much on here!

The proper etiquette would have been to PM you directly if she was genuinely concerned.

But if you really study a person's posting habits, including what and how they approach their own "project builds", you will learn a lot about what an individual actually knows, as opposed to what they pretend to know.

Unfortunately one can't pretend to know what etiquette means.

Did someone get a little butt hurt from one post in they're thread there? I don't really see what you're getting your panties in a bunch over there.

Guess You better watch what you say around this guy byker.

A lot of butt hurt. Old Standy and I have a little history regarding him holding my money hostage and not responding to my calls or text messages. I finally had to call his local Police Department and Post Master to get him to follow thru on sending me my parts. Even then he strung me along on shipping dates.

Eventually I got them, but kinda made an effort to avoid the guy here on the forum - to keep the peace. Assumed he'd do the same.

Anyhow, it's really no big deal. I'm sure since we're both on the West Coast, and I have a buddy or two up in his neck of the woods, we'll one day run into each other at some show or get-together and and iron all this out in person...rather than Keyboard Warrior it. :D

the cap is the same thread as a 18rc, 18r, 8r, 3r, ect. (read older then 20r)

it does fit on a early non laser 22r head easy, i would assume it fits on a laser 22r head as well, but i dont have much new stuff lying around

and its .5in shorter then the stock cover with cap installed.

i also have a few on my shelf as well :D

I don't come on here to argue. I wasn't saying anything negative. Just adding information about the part. Its an uncommon part.

    [/end posts in this thread]
