hey guys, i stumbled on this site about a week ago after i got my truck ^^ my names kyle and im from tuscaloosa alabama. my grandad just gave me his beat up old firewood delivery truck, its a 1985 xtracab pickup. so far there's no mods of any kind, hell im still tryin to get the truck in good running condition. ill post pics sum other time, i dont have any batteries right now x.x

as soon as i find batteries ima post some pics but as for plans for the truck, i just got it last week. when i got it it had been sitting for about a year, i got it running and right now im still doing basic stuff like oil change, plugs and wires, crap like that. im going to go to a local boneyard and look for some bucket seats and a sunroof for it. it doesnt have a grille and the front bumpers 3pc....but i only have 1pc..no end caps. so yeah it needs a bit of work and im kinda tight on money atm considering that im only 17 with no job.

 

Well are you going to drop it to the ground or lift it?

I don't think I've ever seen a phantom grille on the 84-88 trucks....
