    i was thinking of doing a phantom grille, so does anyone know where i can get a cheap phantom grille? or any other advice on custom grilles would be nice also. and i tried craigslist but there isnt anything in my area for toyotas. thanks for any help.

    I havent picked up a mini trucking mag in a long time, but i ordered my billet grilles from one of the vendors in the mag. Im sure you can find a phantom
    one.

    Ya they're not cheap at all I'm thinkin about gettin one or maybe just finish the 4runner front end conversion.

    eeeewwwww f_ck that phantom grille on ebay, looks like sh_t when it cover up the headlamps.... that should only be done on the bigger, c-10 and silverados...

    The one from eBay is the one from stylinconcepts I believe. Some like them some don't it's all abou personal preference I guess. I think yotas look tits with a phantom an alot of ppl do an then some ppl don't

    what i meant to say, RIGHT AFTER, is that it looks badass WITHOUT the headlamps being covered.... the headlamps should only be covered on the bigger trucks... idk why, but i always find it that the bigger trucks look better with the headlamps covered, rather than not being exposed... mainly because you don't have a bunch of lights exposed like on the yota where you have the corner lights on the CORNER... so yeah...

    I seen a yota in minitruckin mag with a phantom grille. It looked like it had 4 round headlights behind it. Sort of like a Nissan 720. I liked the idea.

    I think the phantom looks really good on a toy, just as long as you shave the cornerlamps, to make the grille boxed in. Compare one with & without the corner lamps & i think you will agree.

    Ya the phantom with shaved corners looks so clean. I was thinkin about doing that aswell an putting a tiny LED strip in the corner light area just to be legal

    i like my phantom... i got hids and shaved th corners but kinda radiusd th top corners and radiused the grille. looks pretty dope i think

    yea, i was gonna shave the corners, and get rid of the way the headlight cuts into the fender a little bit, and when im done, the gap between the fender and hood will go all the way down straight to the bumper, and the headlights i wanted to do one or two round head lamps behind it.

    ROund headlights on a 89-95 wud be sexy. with a nice grille to show off the mod. Not hidden behind a phantom
