Has anyone tried Seafoam before? If so, how was it? Any difference in performance and maintenance?

seafoams cool stuff. If your motor has a lot of deposits, It will blow ridiculous amount of smoke out the tailpipe. My buddy seafoamed his acura at his shop that faces a major intersection and almost caused a accident.

lol... don't buy seafoam if your just gonna use it as a f_cking degreaser... just.. don't buy it at all, all it is, is a f_cking WD-40 and a Carb Cleaner/manifold cleaner in one $10 can your going to regret ever buying!!... trust me man, if all your gonna use it for degreasing or WD-40'ing or carb cleanin or what not, just buy regular cans....

For those that have heavy deposits though the entire intake through exhaust manifold areas this helps ... and a lot for some cars, had to clear out an entire shop(it was bad) once for a neon that was getting cleaned.

unfortunately 22r is pretty close with his assessment of chemicals... But it is a cleaner designed to be way more aggressive than the stuff you just dump in your fuel tank.

good stuff.... ive used it before, and it does make a vast improvement on vehicles that have never had it done. smoke is cool but aint the healthiest thing to breath in......

do it once, then do it again a month later, dont run cheap gas and keep the oil changed it should keep itself fairly clean there after and not need it again.

A lot of people say it works but the reason why I want to use it is because I recently failed smog emissions by 12. Supposively it will make it pass if I use it. Even the 4X4 guys says it works. If that matters.
