look cool so far. im not a fan of those style mirrors tho... did you mount the bags on the axle or the bars??? i would suggest mounting them on the bars for better lift and ride...

    Welcome to the forum!

This is pretty much the most active toyota pickup forum around. But it doesn't have a large amount of bagged truck peeps. There are pics of my rear setup in my build. I'd post a link but I'm using my phone and it's a pain in the ass.. lol

Just search "got me a hilux"

Thats a great price for your 83. I got my 82 for $300 but I havent got to finishing her up. Looking at your truck I have been considering bagging mine. Just the motor and some loose ends tied up and Ill be set. Looking at your progress gives me renewed motivation to get mine done.

Your trucks looking great! My absolute favorite body style of all time (82/83). Here my 82, still got a long way to go though. Got my suspension and the body drop done first, the most important mod ( suspension) in my opinion.

What are your other plans for the truck? Is it an SR5? What size wheels are you going to run?

    Great job

im just gonna run a 15" smoothie with some 4"white walls, the truck will stay bedless, me and my friend both are gonna run bedless trucks, he has a 98 s-10, but anyways, i wanna fix the interior up a little, do some body work, paint it flat black on the bottom and the roof and pillars will be painted cadillac white with green flake, i need to get the link bars and what not powdercoated..its gonna be a pretty simple truck which is what i like, old skool and simple

well..ive decided to redo my upper bag mounts, i like them but after looking at it today, i noticed one wasnt even with the other, its close and probably not noticable to most people but it is to me so ive decided to redo both of them and im doin it a stronger, better looking way, i have friday off so after this weekend and i should have some pics up of that and start on the front end, if i dont get this job and have to move back to LA(louisiana) in a few weeks, i dont want to start somethin and then not be able to get my truck on a trailor, lol, hopefully i get the job but anyways, just thought ide update everyone
