Is there any difference between a back glass for a extended and a regular cab

 

I was told yes ,but don't quote me on that!

 

ex cab is taller due to the taller cab. you can install it if you cut the frame from the ex cab and add it to your truck. not super tough but would require cutting and welding.

 

Yes there is a difference in size. Extra cabs are taller. This goes for 84-88 and 89-95 trucks.

 

i dont see why there would be, unless you got a slider, or solid..but don't quote me either! hahaha

yea........ xcab is taller and longer than a std cab.

 

Xcab is larger and you CAN Quote me on that. 84-88 and 89-95 and no, 84-88 will not fit on 89-95

Does anybody know how much taller the Xtra cab glass is?

 

yeah the xtra cabs window is bout 3 inches taller than a standered cab, i found outthe hard way, anybody wanna buy a standered cab solid back glass lmbo! if i get time ill measure the differance goin buy memory and my memory sucks

 

I measured them cause I got both trucks. 91 reg cab window height 12.5" lenght 48.75"
94 Xcab height 14" lenght 49.75" big enough difference to not fit
