Broken in truck, took my camera, took my tripod, pulled open my glovebox and stuff, everything. thats right. least they didnt know how to open up a stereo.

I'm ****ing sick of this ****, left and right.


****ing broke my quarter window too.

so, glovebox defiled, dash attacked in the retarded attempt to steal my audio, $1000-1500 lost in camera etc.


Why are people ****ing *******?

 

oh ****ty. do you live in a small town? go to the pawn shops and tell them what all you had stolen. call the cops. and if you live in a small town, you might be able to find the c0kksukkers pretty easy and then get your sh!t and then give them one hell of an a$$ whoopin. sorry to hear about that. i hate theivin pieces of sh!t hope you get the c0kksukkers!

 

Wichita is pretty moderately sized....
sister already reported with the cops, i'll talk to my detective guy sometime soon.
Hopefully the police will contact the pawn shops soon.


I'd love to know who did it. that xcab window, I can try to fix. but my camera, my tripod, my stuff, that's something that is irreplacable in my words.

damn dude, that sucks real bad. The cops are going to take a report and maybe finger prints if your lucky. They are not going to go call any pawn shops to find your camera, its a lost cause. If I were you, I would not talk about it, pretend it did not happen, I bet it was one of your friends or someone you know. If you dont say anything first, they will. Then you will know or have a good idea of who did it. good luck, and remember leaving stuff inside your truck is just like leaving it outside, someone is going to take it.

 

Yeah man, that sucks! I would maybe invest in an alarm. It should deter the next a-hole that comes along

 

Do you have the serial number from the camera? That will help. And make sure you follow up on the report. I've been through this once.

dam you beat me to it joey. i was gonna say the same thing. sorry to hear about this. this is why my windows were blacked out so ppl couldnt see in my truck but after getting pulled over 3 times in a week for it ive decided my next investment into my truck will be a good alarm. hope you get your stuff back nam

get the loudest alarm you can find and put the horn INSIDE the truck! nobody comes running for an alarm sounding, but trying to steal stuff with one of those going off in your ear in an enclosed location....much more effective

 

yeah, loudest alarms and horns and sirens are up on the list. and hopefully a ****ing rifle. I'll sleep next to the front door.

I'm looking for my serial number on my camera, its something my mom told me to go fetch. There's hope in that. and if there's a single bit of damage on it, hell is going to drag some bitches down.

I still havent gotten pics of my dash yet... itll be a mess for me to mend.

Heading to you pull it yard later today, might grab 4wd chrome bumper, rear quarter window, and maybe a bed in good shape. gunna bring my tools just in case.

Good luck, but don't hold your breathe if your local donut brigade is anything like ours, case in point, had my rig broken into and stereo ripped off, in the process they trashed the dash ripping it out, busted window ect. city took a report and thats all that ever came of it, they wouldn't take any prints as it was too time consuming and cost too much to have them processed for no more than what the damage was in their estimate.
About a year later my sons truck was stolen, again filed the report, gave them pictures of it, ect. a few months went by with no word so I asked if anything had came of it, no record was even found, so asked a person who works in records if they had any info, they finally found it in an inactive file, when asked why their excuse was, they figured whoever stole it more than likely took it out of city limits so its now a county case, only problem was the city never notified the county, so the city was never looking for it, the county never knew to look for it, end of case. Hope your experience goes better.

Actually found a youpull it yard in town, hella wet and muddy though. it felt like a graveyard in the cash for clunkers area i was pulling at.


Anyone have good experiences with Clifford alarm systems and all that?

my radio and speakers were stolen from my 66 mustang. i have never locked the car in the 9 years i've owned it. if the windows are up, then i would leave the wing windows open. luckily they used the wing windows instead of smashin my side windows. they cost a lot more than a pioneer deck and speakers

i leave the 4x4 with windows down and the back open all the time... but who the hell would want to steal anything out of a turd like that
