So I am rebuilding the 93 and need to replace the front lower arms, I have also decided to redo the whole steering linkage and bushings.

When I look at front end parts online they get listed seperately 84-88 and then 89-95...

I thought the front ends were the same 84-95 on the 2wd
    same arms and steering linkage

I'm not sure about the steering arms, but I do no that the LCA's are different, it's where the ball joint bolt to the arm, its a different bolt pattern.

DJM has 3" drop control arms for 89-95. You may be thinking of the spindles. I believe the spindles (i have belltech) can be used on both models.

I thought the control arms and spindles were the same 84-95

the DJM LCA drop arms are listed as 88-96... ya OK???
their instructions talk about the ball joint holes being 10mm in older trucks and 13mm in newer.... nice really makes sense DJM!?
