i gotta say that engnbldr has essentially the same head (minus some of their specific specs or mods) for half the price.

engnbldr will also custom port your head to your specs or engine mods..... im happy with mine.

in lce's defense however..... ive been happy with all the products ive purchased from them and think for most of what they sell there... you definately get what you pay for.

if you bought a rotating assembly and rocker arm assembly from LC and a complete head from engnblr you would essentially have a pro long block for 3k + machine work and labor

I agree LC has great stuff. But insainly over priced. If you have a good machine shop in the area you can get a junk yard head have them check it and put bigger valves, port polish the runners. It will cost little over half as what you would spend with LC.

engnbldr is great ,I have been very happy with all of his parts so far. You can't really compare him with LC though..

If you want high quality replacement parts that wont break the bank and make you go faster... engnbldr cant be beat.

If you want a 22re that red lines at 8k, runs 25+ lbs of boost, and you don't have a women around with any say in your finances.. LC Engineering is the place.

LC stuff doesn't seem overpriced to me. You don't have to buy the race spec stuff for your street truck, but if you do, it's gonna cost money. The fastest Toyotas here are all LC powered. (This includes 8 second race cars.)

I'm not knocking on Engnbldr; I'm sure they got good stuff too. It just seems like a much smaller operation. LC has a much bigger selection of parts. Unless you're only talking about their cylinder heads, it's like apples to oranges comparing them with LC.
