gonna drop my 84 this evening. i have 3" blocks and im gonna crank the torsions after i flip the balljoints. i'll post before and after pics later
fill me in on this flipping balljoints I under stand what your doing but arnt the balljoints tappered or am I not understanding it like I think
the steering knuckle is placed under the arm's. you basically un bolt them and put them back on top of the arms. you basically move the wheel "up" relative to the vehicle. thus lowering it
so, unfortunately, it got dark a little quicker than i expected. i'm planning on dropping my truck tomorrow morning. i will take plenty of pics
lol totally understandable i used to call it the... "spindle mount flip/ relocation" and just about everyone was like, what's he talking about.
Yeah, Nam, I think it might be a while before you can use that excuse. Ball joint relocation is technically more accurate than ball joint flip. More syllables though. It'll never catch on.
aw ur still like a puppy!! mwahahaha! We needa have a thing that says our age under our screen name. lol
haha. its so true. well...im almost 22 and for a while my daily count average said about 22/day. lol. and wheres the pics?!? we are starting to get off topic here!
lol my dad is 40 something. oh well, at least i was born in the era of "The last true compact trucks"
