has anyone converted the automatic coloum shift to a floor mount shifter, im getting a sr5 4runner as a donor and would like to install the floor shifter to have more of a sporty interior


and no i dont want to swap it to a 5speed, my other 2 vehicles are 5speed, this is gonna be my cruiser

 

Yes I have, If your sr5 4-runner is a 2wd 4cly it should be pretty easy, just take all the linkage and mounts and transfer to your truck, I'll be able to find out more tomorrow.

no its 4wd sr5 but if worse comes to worse and the linkage dont work ill try to use a linkage from a 2nd gen sr5 4 runner 2wd seeing a they are esier to come by in the yards

i do like how the shifter is pistol grip like
