Hey people, Im new to the forum and wanted to know what the best, cleanest looking rims to use. Im not looking for any particular style, but just wondering what the best offset, diameter, and width to use.

Just picked up a 94 standard cab short bed and the stock steel rims are shamefull. I live in Utah so wheel spacers are out of the question.

I dont like the narrow stance when looking from the front and rear. I would be gratefull for any help.

BTW the truck is completely stock.

As far as the size, I have some 16x7 +38 offset and thaty dont rub at all. The stance is about as wide as you can get and clear the inside of the wheel wells. There are some really clean looking mustang wheels that will fit and look really good. You can find them on craigslist sometimes.

You can't run spacers in Utah? Why?

I'm running Dodge Magnum/Charger 18's. I've heard too many different opinions on what offset to run, and believe it or not they're all from tire shops. I had one tell me that you can't run a +40 offset on these trucks and had another tell me you can.

There are alot of things to consider, such as: Are you looking for a big diameter rim or just something bigger than stock? Do you care if it has a lip or flush like a fwd style rim? Do you want chrome, black, polished, silver, etc.? Do you want a "street truck" look, a "tuner" look, etc.?

I suggest going to a few tire/wheel shops to see what they offer and get product books if they have 'em. Then you can look online and research further.

Anything with a zero offset will give you a wider stance. Go with 9".

    8-9" width look SHWEET!!

In the end it depends on the look you want. I was running 19x8"s with a +42 offset and they rubbed like crazy on the strut rod. and that was with 5mm spacers.

are you guna bag? if not then just get any size you want. 18s look good, and fill the wheel well nice.

for just stance and look id say like around a +30 offset.

Toyo trucker's truck has a nice flush look
