I just got some rags and went to work, I used a product called PowerBright, It is some pretty amazing stuff, it is the best vinyl, upholstery, plastic, and overall multi purpose cleaning product i have ever used. It is some good stuff, The company i work for sells it, it is the only place i know of where to get it. It is super safe to. One cool thing is that they actually have a 20r engine bay on their flyer.:waytogo:

It is what i used for the seat of the pick up

Hey guys whats up? Still no internets  So my lux has been put on the back burner for a bit to work on my wifes' car. 0500 Mechanics in rexburg installed a lowmiles import engine with this oil pan !

The plug Below is what they called a "Permanent fix". But you would think they would know that oil and gas eat up rubber. My wife came to pick me up and i saw a huge puddle under her car.
the rubber weakened enough and sprung a leak. And of course they took no responsibility for it and said I was SOL, I guess that's what you get for going to a NAPA mechanic shop. Never go to 0500 Mechanics!!!!

Blocks from autozone work fine on mine, i heated the front springs but i heard cutting them is the best

I really really do not want any rub, you think that 2 coils even would avoid this?

Start at 1 coil and then decide if you need more. When you cut coils remember once it is cut you can't fix it. So start slow and don't just chop off 2 or 3 coils because someone says that is what they did..

It's what I did. 1 did nothing. 2 wasn't much. 3 was perfect. But I had differnt goals. I wanted to be as low as possible.

Ok guys I have a few updates nothing big, but pretty cool. I need some help on some things though.

I found this grille badge on a pickup, yes, i know the 20r is 2.2 and not 2.3 but its close enough right?

I was sick of my battery not being buckled in, so I improvised
    [IMG]
I would say it borderlines redneck and rat rod.

    now for the questions:
can i remove the parts and plug them?:

    yes on everything cept....

the gold thing with the 2 white wires going to either side of it
    [IMG]

with the water passages, you can block most of em off, but you need to setup the heater core so that 1 line comes off the back of the timing cover (or the extra lower rad fitting if you have that) and the other comes off the center intake coolant passage between #2 n 3 intake port.

    like so
