This has annoyed me since I installed these torsins and quite obviously not noticed it ever on any other lowered truck, and I have mainly delt with lifted yotas that are cranked but should the rt side be down this low? The keys are correct and the truck sits level, but I keep nailing it on speed bumps and its getting annoying. What would be the most logical step be? grinding out the key and setting it where it should be the same as the lft side?
umm.............. somethings up.... its not supposed to be THAT far off. i think your key's are off by allot. i had a similar issue when i first put mine in and i ended up taking both of them off at the same time and keying them side by side to get em even and now they dont differ under the truck. you can preload the torsions with the keys and if you have the truck even, then you have too much preload on your pass side torsion. thats why its hanging way down there.
Your adjustment arms are indexed differently. I would not worry about it since it will not effect anything. James
except hell end up wiping out the key on a speed bump sooner or later as he already stated..... trust me i already did it to the passenger side myself when i was sitting rediculously low.... ended up shovingn the half moon key into the torsion key holder and had to do an emergency repair at school cus of it. take em out, reindex them half way in the key adjustment slots. should be good there after.
