possible engine swap?!?!

    I have a 1986 2wd regular cab with a 22R and wondered if it is possible to swap in a 3.4 V6?

    Yes and it will be epic. 3.4 from Taco with R-something supra trans. There used to be a place that made wiring harness for it. Then you have to get a Gen III TRD supercharger and fuel control from Under Dog Racing. Do It!

    The reason I'm asking is because I work for a Toyota dealer and a Tacoma came in today that failed the rust inspection and it is sporting a TRD super charger and intake as well as a boost gauge. I am taking these off for future use...before the truck gets crushed!

    man I wish I could do that...I see all these trucks from cash for clunkers and could use tons of parts..lucky you!!
