i've been waiting 6 years man! the plan was always after my wife was an RN i'd get to do what i wanted.

i also might go back to school, but i was never a fan of school, and doubt that it's changed. i'm gunna talk to a friend of mine that teaches high school welding and see what they require. i'm pretty tired of working on heavy equipment.

 

Nice, man! If thats what you want and your wife is ok with it, GO FOR S**T!! Plus, you can build trucks like you always wanted to.

 

well the way I see it is you have the "luxury" of quitting if you want. I'd say go with what makes you happy if you can do it!

 

yeah, everybody at work thinks i'm crazy cuz i was all excited!

i'll see tomorrow i guess. i'm gunna take the 79 so if i need to bring my tools home. the bed in the s-10 would probably fall off with the tool box in it. it's almost 1,000 pounds!

 

You could be a stay at home dad for a while. I did/am and love it!

I'm thinkin of getting a hold of the boys & girls club tomorrow and seeing if they're hiring at all.

 

thats another thing i want to do. i never really seen my dad when i was young. he worked from before i woke up till after i went to bed monday thru saturday. he pretty much slept all day sunday.

i don't want them to do the daycare thing, too many wierdo's out there....

i'm lookin forward to it really!

 

My wife is jealous that she has never been able to stay at home (mainly cause she is a workaholic, in a good way tho). It'll be the most fun you've ever had, but trust me, they'll get on your nerves every once in a while It'll be worth it tho.

oh, they get on my nerves now..... but they're still fun as all hell. occasionally my mom takes them for the weekend. i hate it..... it's too quiet, and i stay up all night worried since they're not in their rooms. pretty amazing how they change your life!
