use the CanDo Specialties bag brackets in the front. They're already cut to fit our trucks unlike the universal brackets. If I could go back and change anything I did to my truck that would be it. and in order to get it to lay in the front you're gonna have to run drop spindles. Control arms help out alot too. CanDo Specialties is the most knowledgeable sites for Toyota's and if you can't find what you're looking for then call Steve and he'll probably be able to help you out with whatever you need. He's the best for troubleshooting and everything for Toyota's

guys what is the best set up for bagging the rear suspension...

    im going to run a

    4 link
triangulated upper and straight 2 link below
    front orientated...

    whats the difference between:
straight 4 link and a 4 link triangulated upper?

    and

front oriented and a reverse oriented linkage?

Go with your first instinct. a reverse four link can pull your driveshaft out if not setup right.

A straight four link would require a panhard bar or watts link. panhard bars will pull your rearend side to side. watt's links solve that but they cost more. just do a forward triangulated 4 link.

If possible do a bag on bar setup. they ride smoother and can give you a lot more lift. My yota is bag over axle with no shocks and can be pretty rough some times. Also buy 3/8s or smaller valves. I have 1/2" for my lifts and can get 4-6 inches of air at 180 psi. it's very violent and hard to control. it doesn't take much to lift these tiny trucks.

Check out these sites for great info & pics for help. Im going to be baggin my truck soon & I got my front brackets from Steve over at CanDo Specialties. As for what type of 4-link to go with then Ill say this...if done correctly a forward or reverse 4-link will work properly. Just ask Steve at Cando...if you been watching/reading the "Anti-Hack" build in Mini-Truckin & Streettrucks over the past few months youll notice that the Toyota truck they have been working on has a reverse 4-link. So again its all about doing it right. Also check out Seth's site too cause he has some kick ass build pics & very useful info as well too.
