just a feeler thread, money is tight and i dont want to sell this truck since i just finished the body work and painted it but shoot me an offer and if i like it we can talk a little more, i have a trailer and i can deliver within 20hours of washington (you pay for gas)

the truck is a '71 hilux, the milage on the odometer is 49xxx, dont know how many times it has gone around so it could be 150xx or 550xxx miles. i believe i am the 3rd owner of the truck, the first owner left all of the documentation, he was a mechanical engineer, has all the service papers from oil changes, vavle adjustments and tune ups from the toyota dealership.

the truck run great with the 18r and 4 speed, i just replaced all the brakes, it has a lsd diff stock, i dont know the gear ratio. the only "problem" with the truck is the dash pad is cracked. all the glass is good, windows roll up and down, no head liner, no carpet, seat is not ripped or torn anywhere.

i had the truck stripped to metal, pounded out any small dents and finished off the body work. i shaved the vents behind the door on the cab, shaved the seams on the bed, shaved the gas filler (moved to the inner fender) and i took 8 inches out of the rear of the bed, i cut the front frame horns off and made a roll pan for the front and put the lights behind it. the paint is a mix between white off a 98 ranger and a tan color off a 40s ford tractor, the orange is chrystler big bad orange.

as i said this is more of a feeler to see if anyone is interested and what kind of offers i get. the pictures are right after paint, since them the wheels are now black with stock chrome hub caps.

please dont say "if i had the money i would offer you so much." serious buyers only, as i said i dont really want to sell it but i need cash.

As of now I don't "have" to sell it. I'm just finishing school and am gonna have some loans I wanna get paid off. So depending if I get any offers if they are enough I will probably sell it. I don't want to, I want to build a chassis, drop a 2jz in and put the druck an inch into the doors.
