ok so what is on my 22re motor that can be removed or moved so that it isnt on my valve cover anymore im wanting to chrome mine but the vacum lines covering it up sucks.

if i cant how hard would a v8 swap be that is carburetor and still fit fairly nice

I hid all my vaccum lines on top of my 22re...its not that hard to do either. I had a ton of extra vaccum lines from the scrap trucks Ive had. I unbolted the bracket that holds the lines in place & tucked them in between the intake manifold & valve cover. Here is a pic of before & after...

Yep lol...I unbolted the bracket that holds all the hoses & misc stuff & tossed the bracket cause you wont need it after you tuck all those hoses. Trust me there is plenty of run in between the valve cover & intake manifold. As for the
spikes...look on Ebay & type in "pike nuts". They are used for motorcycles & come in all sizes & thread patterns. I have them on the motor & the rear axle as well. Ill post a pic of that later.

I wouldn't recommend chrome plating the valve cover for several reasons, but if you want the shine, get the cover polished!

the stock diff has a breather hose, sometimes they can cause oil residue. the filter keeps thing clean.
