i have a 89 standard cab and i assume i have the factory vinyl floor and i want to put down black carpet but dont want to go through the hassle of finding the right pre-molded carpet. is there any way to get a good fit with thin black carpet from say a home carpet distributer, and if any of you have experience with this and have any tips that would be great too. oh yea btw im a newb

Welcome to toyota minis. I would probably pull out the vinyl flooring and use that as a template for the new carpet. You can find the carpet in any upholstery shop I'm sure.
