I have been working on my early model 95 short bed finally.. its just been a light duty work truck for years and im finally showing it some love.. recently installed some led lights and chrome mirrors, going to install a 4wd fenders/bumper in chrome and install a chrome grill, throw it om some 15x10 -32 steel wheels with white walls and then decide how to setup the supsennsion up for the wide wheels.. so i bought 4wd bumper brackets from 2 diffrent websites because i couldnt find them bolth from one site at the time.. i realised that one is slightly diffrent from the other.. is there a diffrence between 89-91 and 92-95? I assume this is what happened.. they were bolth listed as 89-95 when i purchased them. Will they still work? Hah thank you!

When it comes to the brackets, I think they are the same mounting holes but just a different shape/contour on the piece. There's nothing in that area that changes throughout this generation. Don't forget to also get the rubber grommets with washers that should come with those fenders.

Just a guess since I don't have a fifth gen, but maybe there's a difference between 4wd and 2wd brackets and you have one of each?

They are diffrent from the 2wd brackets that are currently on my truck, and they look like the 4wd brackets ive seen, just slightly diffrent from each other.. also beleive one is new aftermarket and one is oem original removed from a truck

Check out the rubbers that are on the fender/bumper brackets in entry #14/#24 of my thread LEXXXI ! I circled them in red.
