As I believe I mentioned in an earlier thread, your build plate will show your factory paint code immediately followed by your trim code.

As to if this is the code for your dash, maybe a Toyota dealer or automotive paint supplier will be able to match it.
On a truck this old that’s the best you’re going to do.
