What are my options? Doesn't look like I can get a replacement heater core (unless I'm missing somthing) so its either pick-n-pull and get lucky the replacement doesn't also leak or delete? I don't really need the heater so delete isn't a terrible option but I'd like to keep her intact if possible.

Screw it I just bypassed it. So do you guys pull the heater core and reinstall the blower or just leave the whole assembly off?

Look for a radiator shop, most can repair heater cores as well as radiators.

Seems there's two heater core + HVAC duct assemblies on eBay for $179-199 from a quick search, might try there first

Id only bypass it while fixing the core, and keep the heat.

Alright i'll get around to fixing the core at some point and reinstall the blower. Right now the space is great because I'm finally gonna replace the floor pans and install carpet. After that i'll put it back in.
