so wanted to ask all of you guys what you thought of this truck, i just found it and plan on checking it out, any stories? advice? or what to look for?

4x4's in this year range are worth more than that... I'd check with a mechanic first before deciding on a purchase of it. Other than that, looks good... from the pictures posted, could have used a frontal view and rear view too.

well if i was the guy i wouldnt put a picture up of him just got done doing a burn out really doesnt help the sale of the vehicle lol

 

Mine, with the single cab and faded paint, is still worth 5 g's here in Cali.

If it's high mileage, you're going to want to replace the timing chain... I noticed that wasn't listed in the ad.

Replace the fuel pump, too, or like me, you could be stranded once.

make sure the 4x4 works properly, check the u joints..check the floor for holes, rust is a big factor with our trucks....check for any leaks......rad.....oil...things like that u know! nice lloking truck, up here in canada that would go for about 5-6 grand......could be a steal!

 

Check the frame rails for rust, check the cv joints, u joints, clutch.
Make sure the trans doesnt whine in 5th gear.
Check the radiator, listen for a broken timing chain guide or worn chain.

If it's in good shape that is a good deal.
