Does anyone know where to find parts for 83 toyota trucks? I have searched the net and cant find anything. I plan on restoring and mildly beefing up my truck.
Performance Corner catalogues are what I use... I picked one up at my aunt and uncle's shop. Thing's been very helpful, I found plenty of things I'd like for my Toyota, and of course, there are more parts available than what's listed, just have to ask the shop. Auto Zone and Kragen should have some catalogues in their shops, typically, their in a fixed big binder. You could ask an employee to order you one or something.
what exactly are you trying to find? ive got a garage full of extra ****. btw: www.lcengineering.com is a kick ass place for engine parts.
welcome, there isn't much for aftermarket for the trucks. just some cheap china fenders and bumpers. really nothing for the interior.
im just looking for a big catalog I suppose, like for my dads camaro, we have a catalog thats 1500 or more pages thick, I swear, i could build a 69 camaro from scratch with all of the parts they have, I am mostly looking to restore my rig, not to beef it up, although i hear once you get the bug, theres no cure for it
the biggest problem is the iconic rust, the floor board is rusted out so much that the right rear bench seat leg is hovering above the ground, ill take some pics here this weekend and show y'all. and alot of stuff inside is in need of repair or replacement, just alot of TLC
not the first year, but it is third gen, NO ONE give me any grief for this! this is me and my dads camaro, 1990 RS 305 V8... FAST its kindve funny, im dabbing in both worlds, the 4 cylinder foreign, and the homeland V8!
as much as i hate camaros they are a american icon. people want them badly so thats why you can buy everything for them, just like the mustangs. the 79-83 toyota seem to be desired just recently, so there isn't much for them yet.
I didn't mean First Year as in model year, but First Year as in a Performance / Restoration Catalgue... Oh wait, am I thinking of Year One? One of those two... Sorry about the confusion
yes year one, we have three catalogs that are over 1000 pages thick for the camaros, but ya you make sence, oh well, hopefully they will start to react to the popularity with some good parts selections, insted of us running to pull n save shops
