Like may others I use the Haynes service manual for my vehicles. I have book 92075 for Toyota Pickups and 4Runner, 1979 thru 1995. Fine. On page 1-16 is a lube chart, figure 14.3, chassis lubrication points for 2wd trucks. FIRST OF ALL, that's not a 2wd vehicle, shown, it's a 4wd. Second the auto-trans version is quite different from the standard, esp regarding driveshaft. Third, where are the torsion bars and their lube points? This chart is rubbish! Can anyone here direct me to an accurate chassis lube chart for my truck?

Haynes manuals are based on UK specifics. Many times you have to read between the lines to get accurate information for North American models.
Instead of getting all upset, order the FSM for your year chassis. Personally, if I miss a few lube points I’m not going to worry about it. But that’s me.

Thanks, Fred. I'll do it. Aha: $495 on Amazon. Maybe not today.

Dont get too caught up in doing things by the book. Just lube what can be lubed and keep on moving. I greased all my shit two years ago and i've checked it periodically and its been solid

^That. Also if you're buying a manual, look for the more official Toyota factory service manuals. I got mine on eBay for like $20
