i know man but if he is wanting more clearance a body lift would be pointless if he doesnt do a suspension lift

its not pointless....i've got a 2 inch body lift on my 93 2wd and i was able to fit 30inch tires on it, i can pretty much go anywhere i want to go in the bush.....anyways yea, doing a body life is easy, may look/sound hard cuz you gotta lift the body and so on....the only thing i had a hard time with was the two front body mounts, had to hit it a few times with the 25lbs sledge hammer.....just make sure that your steering column isnt affected by the 3inch and possibly your shifter..other then that, just do it your self and if your have any questions just pm me and ill help you out with it man.....! (just let me know when your going to do it)

I did bring that up, but lift kits cost a lot of $$$, one of the only reasons I haven't lifted mine.

when you guys talk about off roading you dont understand where i live and what it means here i live in prob the most redneck backwards ass place in america and when these guys go offroading a 2wd truck with a lift wont even think about even getting to the places to actually go offroading

if your driving it daily and the actual roads are dirt and ur just driving on it sure go for it but if your taking it mudding and trailriding go buy a beater thats just my opinion
