Is anyone fabricating steel floor pan replacements yet? Or any recommendations and/or resources for someone facing this issue? Mine is starting to rust out, discovered it after pulling up the floor last week to replace old speaker wire...not stoked. I’m going to contact a local welder but it would be ideal to come to him with panels, if anyone has dealt with this I would love to hear some perspectives. Thanks in advance!

Look on eBay. I believe there are some for your generation truck - otherwise, the floors are so similar shape/size between all the pre-tacoma trucks you could likely use any generation panels and splice them in. Heck, you could likely splice in floor pans made for any vehicle, it's just sheet metal and gets hidden by carpet. Here's a recent thread of people who've ordered the ebay specials: https://toyotaminis.com/forum/threads/floor-pans.25045/
