It's hot in Texas and I want AC...wait...It's hot in Texas and my girl won't ride in my truck again till i get something better than window down air. So i need some help. When I first got the truck the blower motor wouldn't come on at all. I put the blower motor in and it is working off the switch but i can't get anything out of the vents. I tried switching the wires around to make sure that I didn't wire it backwards but that didn't help. I can hear it running but I still can't get anything out of the vents. Is there a blend door or something that could be stuck closed? And if so how much of the dash will i have to remove to get to it? Any help or advice would be welcome.

There are vines that are controlled by cable that direct the air flow,& the air tubes! Make sure all these items are there & working!

Wow... that sucks. Mine was very forgiving, because mine's not working too and I'm too broke to fix it. It gets hot here in Lake Elsinore, CA also. And to make it worse, I've got VINYL SEATS and only one window works right! (channel's screwed up and weatherstripping's s***)

Mine says she puts up with it only because she loves me. I asked how she could stand it, because even I can't. Constantly on longer trips, I have to stop and pull over just to cool off. If you've seen Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, that's almost like me in the rhino.
