image.jpeg Not really I'm huan just purchased my first Toyota pickup in Sacramento but... I'm in jersey she departs sunny California Sunday been building Toyotas for ten years now my first was an 82 Corolla wagon than an 80 Corolla coupe than an 86 Corolla sr5 and finally an 85 gts twin cam a few 90 Camrys and Corollas lol I've searched hi and low on the east coast for a truck with no luck so after hours of searching I found this 79 I'm new to what builds can go in I was initially planning a 1.6 twin cam swap with a little boost as I still have a ton parts from the 86 but I I haven't seen any information on it any suggestions are appreciated

I was looking at the 1uz swap being that there's a u-pull it yard here with a few sc400 and march is motor month so all engines are 155$ + a core fee and all transmissions are 100$ everyday wanted to build a decent motor season and have it ready for spring 17 does anyone know how much fab work goes into this swap ?
