I rolled mine out with just a heat gun and baseball bat. Started high up on a jack and kept bringing it down. YouTube has great resources for it. Mine pulled about 2.5 inches. I'll post pics when I get home.

Edit: Keep in mind the more heat you use the better off your paint will be

That's a 195-50-15 stretched onto 15x8s. I phone booked my old bed when I first needed to roll out my fenders and you have no control over the shape or bend. I eneded up really f*cking up my last bed phonebooking it, it created dents and such. And you could try a fender roller but idk if it would work because they are meant for half circle shaped fender wells. If you do try the fender roller let me know how it goes man!

Yea i was wondering how the phonebook method turns out. I too was assuming no control over shape. My friend flared his fenders on his 240. He is running 18x10 1/2s. Not gonna it looks like $#it but it does serves it purpose. I found a set of donor fenders im gonna experiment on. See how it turns out. If it fails im gonna get some sheetmetal n make a flare that continues the flare line out instead of it dropping straight down. Itll be time consuming but hey itll b worth it. But ill def let u know either way!

I crimped my edges with a hammer and 2x4. I only rolled the seam edges up so that the tire could tuck past since it's bagged.

To fit 265's out back I took a skinny wheel to the lip and cut it down to about 1/4" and folded it up onto itself. When I go 17x9's with a 275 I'll likely use the baseball bat method or go pre runner and stick a 2x4 between the outer skin and bed structure then pull till its all wider.

On the front I simply went with 4x4 fenders. I'm running 195/55's on 3 1/2" backspaced 15x8's and they don't get close to touching. They should still clear 17x8's with 4" backspace wrapped in 225 or 245's easily.

Have any of you tried moving the upper support bracket (that's at the top of the inner tub) to the other bolt hole to push the bedside out a little more? Or cutting and extending or making a new bracket all together? I did these years ago and was able to push the fender out about an inch to fit bigger off road tires with no more rubbing.

Here is how to do it on a ranger. I used this a a guide and did my pickup. Toyotas dont have as much give as the rangers bedsides so if you go too far with the jack, it will dent and crease the bedside.

Probably not the "look" you guys are going after though

Yea I removed the support after I got the truck home from the tire shop with the new tires. It allowed me to pull the bed side maybe 3/8" easily.

    The bed is pretty tricky...

Even then it can only go so far before it ripples. If not that, the gas door and its pocket will make life hell whenever you try to pull the right side out.

You can see how bad it's warped. The fender flares cover up the carnage that happened later on when I cut out the metal.

The fronts are more forgiving. I have 4WD fenders and I actually don't need the fender flares. It's actually flush up front with the rolled lips.

I'm 90% certain it's a Xenon flare kit but I got mine broken and used from a member here who got it broken and used from someone else with a 4WD truck.
