Been searching for body styling parts and ran across truknvans.com. They have flares and spoilers for classic fullsize vans that I'm sure would fit on our rigs with a little sectioning. Thoughts?

Also do oem 4wd fenders match up with the 2wd valance?

No, If you are asking if the 2wd bumper and lower valance match up, then I can tell you that the 4wd fenders are a bit wider at the flare than the 2wd bumper is. Since the 4wd bumper is wider, the 2wd valance itself would not match up.

I think the flares and valance or chin spoiler could look awesome.

Thanks for the info. I have a pair of junkyard 4wd fenders and was going to fit them. I might try cutting the lower front portion off the 2wd fender and attaching it to the 4wds so I can use the 2wd bumper and valance.

Or pie cut the 2wd and bend the wings out to match the new fender edge.

I know this is old but I wanted to update it a little since I've tinkered with it recently

I fit up my 4x4 fenders in the front, left the valence on and attached to the supports, and as most of you know, it doesn't quite line up. This pic also shows how I bent the lower fender tab to meet the valence

With the all of the fender bolts installed except for the valence, I was pretty easily able to coax the fender corner over to the valence. I removed the valence bracket completely to be able to mock it up for a new bracket, and bent the lower tab on the fender to the approximate 90* angle(see top pic) that it needs to match up. Leave the center of the valence bolted up so it remains even:waytogo:
