    82 Longbed 2WD
    Spent all day yesterday getting the transmission for the pig.

    4r70w out of a 96 v8 awd explorer.

    Also grabbed the block plates, dipstick, electronics harness and torque converter.

    I couldn't find a zf5, and it doesn't bother me because the wife can't drive a stick.

    1978 Toyota Galavan Motorhome.
    Keep the L43. The GO82 rear diff has 4.10.1. W50 has different gearing. Will make your rig even slower.
    Get rid of the fake duel rear tires "foolies". The axle shaft can snap in two and wheel,hub,and tire will separate.
    Your probably light enough to add single load range "D" tires, like the hankook RA08. Much safer for driving.
