Brake Booster

    Anybody happen to have a functioning booster lying around that there willing to let go. I only have front brakes and have been doing a good job of driving without rear brakes. But I don't want to chance that with my son in the truck so if anybody has one give me a shout please.

    You sure its the brake booster.. and not the rear metering valve?

    Where is that located hell if I don't have to change the booster I'll try anything

    The metering valve is at the back just above the Diff. If the rod broke then it could sit in a postion blocking fluid flow to the rear.

    I'll have to take a look at that next time I can pull it into the shop

    yea when the booster blows you just have no power brakes

    yes i did this but on my celica and had to buy a new one:brickknock:
