Explorer 8.8 rear end going in, I want to ditch the leaf springs and go coilovers but not sure on a spring rate to start with. Anybody know the factory spring rate? Or did a 4 link and coils? Beefed, you out there? ;)

I'm baaaack.......12-250 is what we're using on the rear of the Taco's. 12 inches long 250lb QA1 coils. This kit is a 4" drop out of the gate, and adjustable up and down a few inches. by turning the shock adjusters and or using a different hole on the lower shock mount. :waytogo:

Right on, thanks for chiming in. What's the ride like with the 250# springs? I'm building this truck to go slideways:D There's a full lsd irs rear begging me to drop it out and measure up for mock-up in my garage, it's just been too cold here for me to get the motivation to do it
