I'm pulling the motor for a rebuild then I'm gonna paint it and clean up the bay, I'm looking for pics for motivation - inspiration, I'm doing trailer tubs for sure and a aluminum radiator also moving the battery to under the bed...

 

Damn wish my engine looked that good.

Where I live it's hard to keep an engine bay clean, and not to mention daily driven and not being able to park in a garage.

haven't been on here in a minute, but here is mine when i re-did it..simple a clean

 

How did you get that throttle body so clean??

 

My guess is its paint..

 

would have to be bead blasted....?

 

cleaned by hand and painted

 

I took the throttle bracket and cut the unused portion off mine, also cut the unused boss off the upper intake and smoothed it all out with a flap disk then painted...
