clutch pedal bracket

    89 single cab pick up
    Sup guys.. so my clutch pedal bracket cracked this morning on my 89 2wd 22re
    Dealer said its a discontiued part.. So heres a pic of how i fixed it. Welded the crack n reinforcement... now for some reason my clutch is gtabbing higher.. how do you adjust the clutch? Do I adjust it by the push rod? Lmk please... also do u guys think my reinforcement will work? Also lol where could i get a new one just in case? Lol ebay but only finding used one. Will a older model bracket fit? Like the 84 n up?

    Had the same problem on my 90. Welded it back together after straitening it out. Mine grabbed higher as well but I liked it better so I left mine. To just it use the threads on the master and you should be good to go.

    Little late but I believe I have a pedal assembly from a 93 4wd in an old truck box in the back yard. If you need it for cheap, let me know.... I'm not looking to make $ but rather just help a fellow Toyota enthusiast out. :waytogo:
