i dont think there is anyway its the tranny.

dont see how the clutch could be the issue.

how far does your pedal move until there is resistance?

if parked on a hill, how far does your pedal move till the truck starts rolling?

if adjusting your master made a difference i would check 3 things.

    1. that at rest, the rod on the slave is tight on the fork.

    2. that attempting to bleed the fitting on the master cyl yeilds no air.

    3. that your clutch pedal bracket is not cracked or otherwise damaged/loose causing it to shift instead of pushing the rod.

clutch feels great stiff and very responsive.
slave is perfect aswell, bled it ,inspected all my fittings and lines. everything is snug and not leaking at all.

I know my clutch isnt bad but it isnt working properly all the time so Im going to do as i said.

are you possibly boiling the fluid?

please take pics when ya tear it apart, ive only seen this type of problem related to a pedal/fluid issue. ive seen 3 trucks with bad clutch pedal brackets that wont disengauge all the way all the time, either were cracked brackets or loose bolts.

just dont see how the clutch could be so hit n miss, without noise.

just a note... my fluid was low, same symptoms as yours with the pedal. I replaced the slave and bled the line, now all is good so maybe take another look at the slave
