I've got a project in mind for redoing my door panels. Ever since I installed power windows I've got the old window crank holes just staring at me. I remember reading a while back about someone who redid their panels. I just can't find the post anymore.

One of my main questions was what type of panel board is recommended? Also how thick should I get it? Same thickness or a touch thicker? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah i looked at it yesterday and it says some of the pictures are missing and they are still in the active photobucket page. Not sure what the problem is. If you have any questions about the build feel free to hit me up.
