Does anyone know of a source for a complete (front to back) brake line kit for '89-'95 trucks? Looks like there are any number of sources for front and/or back, but I can't seem to find a company that sells the lines that run from the front to the back along the frame rail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know this isn't the answer you are looking for, but any parts store carries tube in multiple lengths. It's much cheaper than pre-made brake line and super easy to bend.

If I have to make them myself, I will, but it's very time consuming to bend them to fit like a factory install.

You are right about that... the time consuming part.

I have a truck I was parting out and making into a trailer, it probably has the line you need. But depending on the length shipping might be more than it's worth.

I've got lines in the truck and they are currently working fine, but this truck looks like it was driven quite bit on the beach. Most of the hard lines are showing rust scale in places and it's substantial in certain locations. I can clean the lines up and coat them with a rust encapsulator, but there are certain locations where I'd feel more comfortable patching in a new section. Once you go there, you may as well replace the whole line if you can get it. I restore old muscle cars and have gotten used to replacing all of the lines with stainless. The stuff they sell for these cars is fantastic. Too bad nobody makes them for these trucks.

Suprafreak13, I appreciate the offer. As you said, it would be costly to ship the lines "as is". If these lines were reproduced, they would be "folded" by the factory at certain locations so they could be shipped more easily, and then straightened by the installer prior to installation. They would be marked at the locations at which they would need to be straightened and detailed straightening instructions would be provided. I believe that the aftermarket lines are manufactured with this in mind, and given that, are likely made of a softer alloy.

Do you guys think there is a need for complete brake line sets for these trucks? If there is enough interest, the aftermarket would respond. I deal with people in the industry all of the time and they are always looking to expand their markets. If there is money to be made, they will reproduce a product. I'm new here, so I'm only familiar with my personal needs.
